On August 24th, the city's Planning and Environment Committee (PEC) will consider the rezoning required to proceed with the planned development. Anyone can submit written or verbal objections to rezoning based on the planning act and if not satisified with the outcome at the city level, the decision can be appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board.
