On August 24, 2010 Planning and Environment Committee(PEC) will receive the staff report on Lansdowne Rezoning and table it for consideration on September 14, 2010. The PEC will receive a brief presentation on the report but it will not hear delegations, consider motions, or deliberate on the recommendations of the report. General questions on the presentation will be considered.

At the September 14, 2010 meeting of the Committee, the PEC will receive correspondence, hear delegations, consider motions and deliberate on the report recommendations.

Written submissions will be circulated to members of Committee and Council for their consideration.
